Church Revitalization in Lanham
Lanham Grace Church has been faithfully sharing Christ in its community for more than 50 years. They want to be more effective in their community and are rethinking everything! Their desire is to be a church about Jesus, a church without walls, and to create a casual and uplifting environment in this culturally and ethnically diverse area. They want to develop a close-knit, loving environment that draws in people to experience the difference Jesus can make in their lives. Our Assist Adventure Team will help them make connections in their community with people who may be familiar with their location, but may never have thought to stop in for a service.
Pastor Stephen and Rosie Joyce
Church Revitalization in Capitol Heights
AMFB Grace – About My Father’s Business – takes its name from Luke 2:49, “I must be about my Father’s business” and ministers Capitol Heights with a mission to turn un-churched and de-churched men and women into dedicated, joyful and satisfied disciples of Jesus Christ. After losing both parents by the age of 11 and growing up on the inner city streets, Pastor Stephen Joyce was transformed by the love of Christ, and has since planted several churches including one house church, one inside prison walls and AMFB Grace. Today, the church is passionate about building strong families and places a special focus on youth in crisis. Join us as we come alongside the team in Capitol Heights to help them love and welcome the lost and hurting in their community.
